[ANNOUNCE] mesa 17.2.0-rc4

The fourth release candidate for Mesa 17.2.0 is now available.

      radv: Fix decompression on multisampled depth buffers

      radv: Don't use SRGB format for image stores during resolve.
      radv: Only convert linear->srgb in compute resolves.
