Rusticl install

Are there any user docs for installing Rusticl?

I have a setup with a Xe graphics GPU, which works fine with Mesa, and
Vulkan.

I would like to do some work using OpenCL

Clinfo shows a "Clover" platform but no devices, glxinfo shows the Xe and
mesa, vulkaninfo also shows the Xe GPU in use. Glxgears works fine, the
cubes demos work fine too.

I would like to get the rusticl platform working.
