Given the nature and state of the project, I agree that moving to svn rather
than git is sensible at this time for the reason that Steven gave.

Thanks to you all for ensuring continued read-write access to the
repository.   While mjpegtools may not be as widely used these days as it
used to be, it is still very applicable for certain workflows.
