Some notes for checkin and checkout

Hallo

a short update to the SVN changes. When you don't want to use a Gui like 
kdesvn for managing the repository you can do it by commandline.

Check out can be done by:
svn checkout https://svn.code.sf.net/p/mjpeg/Code/ mjpeg-Code
svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/mjpeg/Code/ mjpeg-Code
You don't need to add a user, or be logged in.

Adding a changes back to SVN is not complicated too:
svn commit -m "Added a OSS Emulation comment" docs/lavrec.1 --username 
your-username

I did just a comment to the lavrec manpage.
