what do u mean? the reverse engeneering is not allowed part? it has no legal 
meaning, its not enforceable IANAL/AFAIK
btw, speaking of indeo, doesnt mplayer support the binary indeo thing too? not 
that i complain or even care at all, its just funny that its legal in MPlayer
