this reminds that recent versions of the drivers for Twinhan cards (of 
which
your card is a specimen) have this bug, that isn't fixed yet.
Until the bug is fixed you can disable the checks for FE_DISEQC_xxx ioctl()s
in libmpdemux/dvb_tune.c
(in diseqc_send_msg() don't return -1 and disable the checks on the 
result of
the ioctl()s, just let them go on until the end).
