Stopping maintenance of mga_vid

Moin people,

I finally got fed up at the sorry state of the xorg mga drivers
and replaced my venerable G550 with something that has better
maintained drivers.

This mains, that i will not have a Matrox card in active use
which in turn means that i will stop maintaining the mga_vid
driver. If someone wants to take over the maintainership, i'll
see that you get svn access for the relevant repositories.
Until then i might provide updates for mga_vid to keep them compiling
with current kernels... or i maybe not.

Thank you all for keeping up with my lack of time and coding skils.
I especially want to thank all those people who contributed patches
over the last years, it was great fun to work with you.
