SVN build breakage due to Ffmpeg changes

Ffmpeg recently dropped mem_internal.h:

This breaks compiling MPlayer from SVN on Arch Linux (possibly other
OS'es). On a whim I tried symlinking mem.h to the missing
mem_internal.h, and that at least got me as far as a succesful build.
Obviously a crude and ugly hack, so I wanted to report this.
