Patch to allow -geometry in xv output

G'Day:

I'm not sure if this is the best place to let you know, but I have fixed
mplayer so that the -geometry option now works in xv -vo mode. I'm not
sure how to (a) create a patch file, and (b) where to submit it; let me
know what I should do with it.

I did it because my nvidia card with twinview will span the picture
across two monitors otherwise, and I have to move the window each time.
This way, it's much better.
