Hello :))
Well, IMHO php and cgi would not be too useful now. The whole project
(mwn) is too samll and too young to introduce such things in it. It has
only the primal shape and we should wait with more profound steps until
it develops a little. 

But I also find the txt files a little hard to read with a www browser.
Maybe we should write in html? Charset can be set (the most important
thing) and the abilities to format text are quite the same.
