UOP_FLAG_resume question

Correct me if I'm wrong but....

I would expect this flag to be enabled when I'm watching a movie and just have 
opened the root, audio or any other menu...

Seems that it is always enabled when I'm in a title domain (in which case you 
activate DVDResume it jumps to some location, either beginning dvd or 
beginning chapter) and when I'm a in menu (don't remember that domain name) 
it is not set..

Could you clarify this a bit?
