I'm not even sure you are supposed to be able to 'resume' when you're
in the Title domain.
Strange... looking at say 'The Matrix' is only ever 'Prohibited' when
in the VMG menu or the menu of the extra material.
We looked at a few DVDs here now an most allow resume any time.
Some prohibit it while in the title.  Couldn't find an example of the
reverse.

Strange DVDs you find.. or something goes wrong when reading /
converting / passing the flags from disk to UI.  Could you have a
look at the IFO files with ifo_dump (if gets installed with ogle).
