I found your post regarding the fix for the following error: http://lists.berlios.de/pipermail/ogle-user/2002-September/000904.html > *** Zero check failed in ifo_read.c:311 > for vmgi_mat->zero_3 = 0x00000000010000000000000000000000000000 > ogle_nav: nav_read.c:184: navRead_DSI: Assertion `dsi->dsi_gi.zero1 == > 0' failed. Your fix worked. I'm not sure who owns the libdvdread project, but I would be very happy to do some beta testing for anyone interested in working on a more perminant gracefull solution to this problem. Also note: You were wondering about this possibly being related to some unknown little used dvd feature. You also noted it being prominent on OSX burnt DVDRs. It may be relevant to note that the particular dvd I had the problem with was commercially produced (Meet the Feebles) and had some software originating from Apple on it for both mac and windows OS that was supposed to add a feature allowing users to automagically open a browser when clicking on dvd embeded hyperlinks. This may be the Apple extension to DVD standards thats breaking things. Thanks for ogle everyone. -ray.
