Well it should not be named libdvdcontrol.so.9.1.0U.

What version of Ogle is this?  and what did you do to build it?

If it's a released version please use RPMs if you can.
If building from source, don't run autogen.sh, all the generated files
are included.
If you're trying to build a cvs version, you need to upgrade your 
version of libtool.
