The reason I assumed it was the case of the names is that other DVDs 
which when mounted have their names in capitals work fine with Ogle. The 
log file called ogle_works is a typical session of such a DVD.

The file ogle.log is the log file of the DVD that doesn't work, and when 
listed using 'ls' all the filenames are lower-case.

Also, the reason I mount the dvd first is because the mount point is 
/mnt/cdrom instead of /mnt/dvd and I haven't got round to changing that.

The command I used to run ogle is:

ogle  --debug /mnt/cdrom >& <logfile>
