This is not the "real" error message, the interesting part is what
is written before this (when running with ogle --debug).
But this is really strange anyway.
Could you do:
'locate dvdcontrol.h'
'locate libdvdcontrol.so'
'locate libdvdread.so'
'locate dvd_reader.h'
'ldd <ogle install prefix>/lib/ogle_nav'
and post it here?

Do you get the same errors when using the binary rpms (not rebuilding locally)?
