ERROR[ogle_audio]: wanted sample rate 48000, got 44100 Disclaimer: I'm not an expert, and the following could be incorrect or incomplete. I think the last line of output explains the behavior. Ogle relies on your sound software/hardware to support the requested rate. Workarounds ----------- 1. The 4front drivers (www.opensound.com) include software that will solve your problem. I've used their drivers, and they are relatively easy to install and seem to be professionally done. Downside: software rate conversion is expensive. 2. Obtain a card that can do 48000. I use the SoundBlaster Live since it is supported in Solaris/x86 (via Jurgen Keil's drivers) and Linux, and can do 48000. (With an ancient SoundBlaster vibra, I get the behavior you describe.) --Darrel Hankerson [email protected]
