This sounds strange. Is it just the video playing double speed but the audio
is at normal speed?
Is it repeatable? Is it always the same set of discs that play at double speed
 and another set that play at normal speed?

Could you provide the output from 'ogle --debug >& ogle.log' from one of
the discs that play double speed?

Could you try ogle-0.9.2 and see if you have the same problem.
