OSS sound problem

I'm having a problem getting ogle to start.  It dumps out with error messages:

No accelerated IMDCT transforms found
FATAL [ogle_audio]: failed opening the OSS audio driver @ /dev/dsp
ctrl: iopc_rmid: Invalid argument.

Attached is the --debug dump.  I googled and looked through the archives and 
have found nothing that solves the problem.  Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.
