It was authored by my father-in-law. He has made 3 or 4 DVD's so far with 
roxio.

I am seeing other errors (mainly UDF messages in the syslog) so it is possible 
that there is some media incompatability or corruption in the image itself.

I will try and eliminate these issues first before potentially wasting your 
time and then if the problem persists, I will gladly send either the dvdimage 
or master another DVD.

I hope to be able to send you and update in the next couple of weeks.
