ogle crash at start of play

On my machine, some dvds work fine in ogle, but there's one that causes
ogle to crash.  When I tell the gui to "open disc", it runs through a
few things, then crashes before displaying any picture.  The relevant
error seems to be this one:

WARNING[ogle_mpeg_vs]: B-frame before forward ref frame

The dvd works okay in a consumer dvd player.  Does anyone have a
suggestion?  I'll certainly provide more details if necessary.
