I don't think compiling from source will be any better than using
the rpm for ogle-0.9.2.
Exactly what errors are you getting when running ogle?
Can you post the ouput from ogle --debug ?
The problem with libmad is probably because you don't have the
headers installed? Should be in a libmad-devel rpm if you installed from rpm.
