For some reason ogle behaves different today, now not even the menu
show up, instead I just get a black screen. The "*demux"-errors are
the same though. Anyway, I created a smaller DVD-image with only the
menu, and the result is the same. I also uploaded the dvauthor.xml
file to indicate the structure of the DVD. The URL is:
