Hi, I have just loaded all the latest Fedora 4 maintenance (15 August 2005). Now ogle fails. I get as far as seeing the Ogle control panel. When I select "Open Disk" I get the following messages below. Problem happens with every DVD tried. Messages suggest an Alsa problem - but as I only install from RPMS I don't know how to fix. Thanks Clive *************************** [root@Linux28GHz ~]# ogle WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'VideoToggle' WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'SaveScreenshot' WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'SaveScreenshotWithSPU' WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'AudioStreamChange' WARNING[dvd_gui]: add_keybinding(): No such action: 'SubtitleStreamChange' libdvdread: Using libdvdcss version 1.2.9 for DVD access libdvdread: Using libdvdcss version 1.2.9 for DVD access libdvdread: Attempting to retrieve all CSS keys libdvdread: This can take a _long_ time, please be patient libdvdread: Get key for /VIDEO_TS/VIDEO_TS.VOB at 0x00000138 libdvdread: Elapsed time 0 libdvdread: Get key for /VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_0.VOB at 0x0000017b libdvdread: Elapsed time 0 libdvdread: Get key for /VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB at 0x00001671 libdvdread: Elapsed time 0 libdvdread: Found 1 VTS's libdvdread: Elapsed time 0 Xscreensaver not running. !!No accelerated IMDCT transform found ALSA lib conf.c:1578:(snd_config_load1) _toplevel_:51:23:No such file or directory ALSA lib conf.c:2823:(snd_config_hook_load) /etc/alsa/cards/aliases.conf may be old or corrupted: consider to remove or fix it ALSA lib conf.c:2686:(snd_config_hooks_call) function snd_config_hook_load returned error: No such file or directory ALSA lib pcm.c:1959:(snd_pcm_open_conf) Invalid type for PCM default definition (id: default, value: cards.pcm.default) ERROR[ogle_audio]: Opening alsa pcm device 'default': Invalid argument FATAL[ogle_audio]: failed opening the alsa audio driver at default ERROR[ogle_ctrl]: ogle_sysv_shmrm: Invalid argument [root@Linux28GHz ~]#
