This is because the way ogle resets alsa and changes samplerate/channels
seems to have stopped working in newer versions of alsa or because
of buggy drivers. The workaround is to close and reopen the alsa device
before changing audio settings. This workaround is already in CVS of ogle.
So the fix for now is to use the cvs version of ogle.
