[BUG-REPORT] Ogle 0.9.2 - Pressing main menu navigation key crashes ogle when playing "Hostel"

Description of problem:
When playing the region 2 DVD of Hostel (Quentin Tarantino/Eli Roth
gorefest), pressing T at any point, to skip/return to the main-menu
crashes ogle, with the following message:

#ogle_nav: vm.c:1241: play_PGC_post: Assertion `state.pgc->next_pgc_nr
!= 0' failed.
ctrl: ipc_rmid: Invalid argument

Other DVDs don't exhibit this problem.
The disc is dual-layer format
The packaging says "This DVD is copy-protected" (Thanks Sony)

Other than this problem, the film plays fine, but it does mean I am
forced to watch the 3 minute "PIRACY IS AS BAD AS RAPING KITTENS"
propaganda before I can enjoy MY purchase...
