It's possible this bug is fixed in the cvs version of ogle.

Some DVDs don't define the title menu before the movie is started
so pressing 't' in the startup/intro might cause an "undefined" jump, but that
is probably not the case here as it happens at any point in playback.

You should be able to get past this by pressing '>' (greater than key, not arrow key) which jumps to next chapter, or in case it is a still picture press 'p' to unpause it.
