SDL is just one of many ways PicoGUI can display video and receive input
events. You could choose to use SDL, or you could write a new driver for
win32/PocketPC.

Did you try re-running autogen.sh?

Not sure how fast the coding will go since I haven't really gotten into
it yet, but if I had to give a guess I'd say a month.
