Here are the following scenarios 1) Install a Linux or BSD and use PicoGUI 0.45 - I know you don't want to use Linux so this option no good. 2) Get the latest source from Subversion and try and install on Cygwin. - To do this you will have to learn Subversion. Also the subversion sources are development sources, so you may have lots of problems with them. My advice is to install Mandrake Linux (Mandrake est français) and develop from there. I know you didn't want <<installez Linux>> as a solution, but it seems to be the easiest.
