Bug#445192: tvtime: initial permissions on ~/.tvtime directory

This problem appears to still exists (still version 1.0.2).


$ ls -ld .tvtime
drwx------ 2 root root 4096 2009-06-28 08:15 .tvtime

A simple "chown erusan .tvtime" solves the problem
