Initial Comment:
add menu for change of video device...

i.e. tvtime detect and set to tvtime.xml my /dev/video0 - my pc camera
but my /dev/video1 - tvcart I must set manualy by rewriting tvtime.xml

because in program is not an option to select another video source form list
