Hi Lucas,

thank you very much for you offer to participate in our project. I am
planning to have a meeting of all the developers on irc.openprojects.net ,
#mcf soon to discuss where the project wants to go and what tasks could be
created for people wanting to contribute.

If you subscribe to the mailing lists on
https://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=65889 or
http://sf.net/projects/virtualdubmod  you will know when this will happen.
Alternatively you can use news://news.gmane.org ;
gmane.comp.video.vdubmod.xxx to read and write the MLs.

May i ask you what your background in video encoding ( generally, not
development ) is ? Do you know Virtualdub and other video encoding tools ?
What programming languages are you familiar with ?
