[videolan-announce] VLC media player 0.8.6h release

Dear VideoLAN users,

The VideoLAN Team is pleased to announce the release of VLC media  
player 0.8.6h.

This version is aimed at fixing security vulnerabilities in the  
GnuTLS, libgcrypt and libxml2  libraries which affect VLC media player  
0.8.6g and lower.

This release includes the security updates for version 0.8.6g (a  
source code release) aimed at fixing security vulnerabilities in the  
Mozilla and ActiveX plugins, in the libpng, libid3tag, libvorbis  
libraries and in the Speex codec affecting VLC media player 0.8.6f and  
lower.

This updates also includes reliability updates in multiple modules,  
plus updated libebml and libmatroska libraries on Mac OS X.
