Re: VLC set http authentication

Hi,

http authentication in the url:
http://username:password@host:port/path
       ^-> HTU* ^-> HTPW*
HTU = Http Auth User
HTPW= Http Auth PassWord
Since VLC is the client Software, you will need to change the server config, if you 're interested in changing the acutal
password.
