3D-Stereo video in a TS issue

Hi,
I got a video file from a 3D camera.
The file contains two video streams. One of them shows and plays in
vlc fine, the second does not.
It actually does not contain some properties information, as some
other software suggested and probably that is why it does not play.

I uploaded a short (1.6MB) video without any interesting content, just
some blur to google drive

I am looking to see and extract the track ID 4114, which should have
the same parameter as the 4113.
