Hello; I checked so far only the HTTP interface as remote control, and I see no command to shut prog off. I suppose is not possible? How can I prevent opening multiple instances of VLC on a remote server and then being unable to shut them off ? I have minimal access to the server (my web host's) Do I have to use telnet or something else?. I also found very convenient being able to a lunch VLC with dynamic parameters through a web interface (ASP so far). I have used ASP to launch VLC and dynamically assign a file name based on the current date. But I don't know a way in which i can shut down specific instances with ASP. I have to shut the task down in windows manually. Thanks. _____________________ Eduardo Gomez [email protected] <blocked::mailto:[email protected]> www.innerlab.com <blocked::http://www.innerlab.com> _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of ???? ????????
