[streaming] Query regarding sdp for ASF streaming

Hi,
  I  am trying to establish an RTSP session with the VLC player for
streaming ASF file. Am sending the following SDP information after the
DESCRIBE.

But the VLC player isn't accepting the sdp information and hence  isn't
sending the SETUP message. Is there anything wrong with the SDP information?
The SDP follows MS-RTSP standard.
