xine-vcdx-1-beta4 released

Since this is probably the first post about here, this project/plugin
is I think the first navigation-capable (S)VCD plugin for a free media
player. The plugin can play still-cell frames, and do basic
VCD/XVCD/SVCD/XSVCD/HQVCD navigation and handle item selection. It can
also read bin/cue(sheet) CD images on disk.

Although a bit of VCD nagivation and playback has been done, there
some features that remain to be implemented.

This release however fixes some bugs, mostly in playback control, and
handles some differences in format of older (perhaps faulty) VCD's
produced by VCDIMager and LKVCDImager. And there is some code cleanup.
