	I do not know of any such list but I will help to assemble one. As
for DVD audio, that actually breaks down into 2 pieces:

* CPPM, DRM similar in concept to DVD video CSS
* Meridian Lossless Packing, the audio coding algorithm

Off the top of my head:

Quicktime side:
* QDesign audio v1 & v2 (QDMC & QDM2)
* Qualcomm PureVoice (Qclp)
* ZyGo video (ZyGo), only known to occur in one file

Microsoft side:
* WMV8: one feature ("j-frames") not completely RE'd yet
* WMV9
* WMA3

On2 side:
* VP4
* VP5
* VP6 et al. (VP60, VP61, VP62)

Real side:
I am no expert on this technology and will need some help to fill in the
gaps... I know that audio codecs 'sipr' and 'cook' are still under wraps

Finally, browsing the fourcc.org list and looking for familiar codecs that
have not been RE'd:
* 3ivx (3IV1, 3IV2)
* Intel Indeo 2.x
* Intel Indeo 4.x
* Intel Indeo 5.x
* Motion Pixels v1 & v2 (MVI1 & MVI2)
* TechSmith (TSCC)

Oh, and there is also RadGameTools' Smacker and Bink technologies that
would be desirable, especially since there are literally hundreds of games
out there that use them. It is worth noting that RGT is still interested
in sticking up for this IP as evidenced by them telling the Media Player
Classic developers that they were not allowed to interface to their DLLs
to play .smk and .bik files.

More on the game/fringe side:
* Eidos' Escape codec, used in Tomb Raider games and others
* KMVC, used in the Worms family of games
* Xxan, Origin codec that I *will* finish figuring out one day
