siprt, cook, and some other new audio codecs are still not RE'd

3IV2 is the mostly MPEG4 compatible version, which is supported by
ffmpeg
3IV1 is a broken MPEG4 codec, can be decoded with ffmpeg if enabled a
quirk in the
sourcecode (it's disabled in default coz the slowdown)
