more unknows formats are truecast 7 (i don't think it's supported yet),
Microsoft asf over rtsp (there are some docs, don't know if any player
implemented it)

WMA2 also have some implementation errors, there are unplayable samples
Windows Media Voice (wmaspdmo.dll, format 0x10), Windows screen codec
(MSS1)

There is also On2 audio codec, AVC (Audio for Video Codec)

Cook (RA8, afaik work in progress on it), SIPRO, ATRAC on audio side.
There is also a new cook5.1 and a lossless compressor in realplayer10
RV30 (H.263 based), RV40 video codecs. realvideo10 is just rv40, the
only difference is in the encoder

newer 3ivx is mp4, don't know about the firs 3ivx codec

Intel Indeo Audio 2, Woxware, truespeech, and others
Then we have a lot of less known formats, like formats generated by
various capture cards, and a lot of obscure formats noone have ever met
in the wild (there is only one sample on mphq, uploaded by the same
person who upladed the binary codec).
There are also all the wavelet based codecs (morgan, lead, ...) and the
jpeg200 based codecs.
If you need a complete list i can try to compile it, but to get an idea
have a look at codecs.conf in MPlayer source tree.
