xine-lib diagnosing capabillities

Hello,

we are currently working on a diagnosing tool for IPTV. To make 
development easier we are looking for a multimedia library with 
diagnosing capabilities. These are the features we are mainly looking for:

- detection of multicast streams
- measure jitter, delay, packet loss and MOS
- detect and identify encrypted packets
- transport stream priority 1/2/3
- STB emulation

The question is, which features xine-lib supports and how hard it is to 
extend xine-lib to support the missing features. The documentation 
didn't give us much information about diagnosing features. Mr Roitzsch 
already hinted, that it is unlikely that xine-lib offers many of the 
features required, but I am looking for a definitive answer.
