Missing honor for the VAAPI support

Hi,

longer ago i wrote Petri a mail to respect the origin of the VAAPI 
support and put me as contributor in the AUTHORS file.
The code was clear taken from my github repo ( 
https://github.com/huceke/xine-lib-vaapi ), so please respect and honor 
it.
