Ok, so now all patches including Mikko's are in, thanks Torsten and Petri.

I've done some quick tests, everything looks good from my side.
The only minor complain I would have is I needed to install zlib-devel
to be able to run autogen.sh without error in order to generate the
tarball after (I've taken care to remove all -devel packages before
running autigen.sh).

I'm now waiting for an official 1.2.8 tarball to appear.
It probably would be a good time to give Torsten and Petri full power on
xine-lib and friends to make sure all that code will lives on :-)
