I think this could be easy to fix. Based on the recent discussion on
dvdnav-devel, we could try removing setting DVDCSS_RAW_DEVICE
environment variable in input_dvd.c.

Another dvd-related issue is with internal dvdnav lib. It is old and
won't work with recent libdvdcss. Even worse, configure defaults to
internal libs even if there is libdvdnav in the system. Maybe internal
libdvdnav should be removed (I don't see any point maintaining it in
xine-lib tree).
