xine and alioth shutdown

Hello,

Debian is shutting down alioth:
https://wiki.debian.org/Alioth

We need to find new server for all repositories. I don't have strong
opinions where to move; easiest would be using already existing
sourceforge hg mirrors.

There are some repos @alioth that need to be moved / synced, and we
need to decide when to stop pushing to old repos @alioth.

I don't know if we need to move all existing historical repositories ?
The list is quite long. Maybe old ones could just be archived.

Any opinions ?
