Fixed for 1.1.9 - the Real demuxer needed to be taught about http references.

For now, something like this will work:
  gxine "$(lynx -dump 'http://www.classical.ru/cgi-bin/play_d.cgi?play=Blagovest/TheLordIsMyLight/28m/6.ra')"
