$ gxine -v '$(lynx -dump 'http://www.classical.ru/cgi-bin/play_d.cgi?play=Blagovest/TheLordIsMyLight/28m/6.ra')'

ps: if the above line appears broken into 2 lines, it is not my doing. It is the mailer.

At any rate, it did not work. The verbose output is of gxine is attached.

Fixed for 1.1.9 - the Real demuxer needed to be taught about http references.

For now, something like this will work:
  gxine '$(lynx -dump 'http://www.classical.ru/cgi-bin/play_d.cgi?play=Blagovest/TheLordIsMyLight/28m/6.ra')'
