In the "xine setup" panel:

	Under "gui" first set:
	
		"Configuration experience level" to
			"Master of the known universe"

	Then under "audio" set:

		"method to sync audio and video" to
			"resample"

I haven't actually tried it myself, so can't vouch for how it
will work.
