Connection refused on MMS stream

Hi,

I'm trying to watch the embedded video on this page
http://view.vdsl.is/harbor-S-live.php
...using the xine plugin in Firefox. It gets to displaying the message
Connecting to MMS server (over HTTP)...30%
and then gets stuck.
The embedded video is mms://media.vdsl.is/harbor-1. When I try:
xine mms://media.vdsl.is/harbor-1
...from the command line, I get two message boxes at once. One tells me:
"The connection was refused. Check the host name. ()"
The other one goes:
"-xine engine error-
There is no input plugin available to handle 'mms://media.vdsl.is/harbor-1'. 
Maybe MRL syntax is wrong or file/stream source doesn't exist."

This video runs well on Windows systems.
My system is Kubuntu 10.10, xine version is v0.99.6 with X11 gui.

What is going wrong here?
